David Serio, DC
Buenos Aires, Argentina
David has been a passionate and extremely involved IFCO member since his days as a student at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in the late 90’s. He was president of the Sherman Chapter of the Student IFCO for two years and eager to spread his knowledge about chiropractic he was also an active WCCS student for three years.
Following his graduation in 1999, he moved to Buenos Aires during one of the country’s worst economic crisis in history which many compared to the Great Depression in the USA. Economic crisis proved to be no match for David’s passion and after 14 years, he had built the largest subluxation-centered practice in the country of Argentina. His vision is to teach South American chiropractors how to practice chiropractic specifically to help in the advancement of humanity.
David was recently diagnosed with a severe, debilitating, neurologic disorder called myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME). This has required him to all but stop practicing because it causes him severe fatigue. A Go Fund Me account was developed by his friend and mentor, Arno Burnier, DC to help defray the costs of his diagnostic work ups and to assist his young family while he is unable to practice.
